I was very pleased... the item I ordered was a special gift with an
image of a spacecraft I worked on, for a coworker moving to Spain.
The quality of the crystal was great and it turned out beautifully.
It was packaged in a beautiful gift box as well, and all my coworkers
were impressed at the gift. The only drawback was I ordered the large
beveled rectangular crystal, and I had expected the image to be in
the crystal with a horizontal orientation. Instead it was a vertical
orientation, so it was a little odd standing it upright on the
lighted base, when the base was sized to hold the horizontal crystal.
Most of all I was impressed with personal attention I got from your
customer service. I first tried for a 3D image, but the artwork I
sent wasn't good enough to accurately render it in 3D. So I switched
to the 2D image. Your customer service answered every email promptly
and in such a friendly way. Even having done all the 3D artwork, once
I switched to the 2D image you credited me for the cost difference,
which amazed me.
I haven't got to it yet, but I fully expect to order another for
myself, and possibly a group order for others at work. Though I might
want to explore getting the spacecraft image rendered into the
crystal in the oblong direction, and perhaps having the image on the
left, and the text on the right.

I was 150% pleased with the service and the product!!! The gift boxes were beautiful. When you see them, you know there must be something special inside. When I purchased 15 of the crystals, Jenny was very helpful and patient. Normally, I do not like when sales people push extra options on me, and yet the one suggestion I have to anyone purchasing one of these products, and your sales team, is to promote the lighted base. It is the icing on the cake. I have recommended the recipients of the crystals to call and order one for themselves. I do believe if someone had offered information on the lights when I ordered, I would have purchased them as well. Several people have seen your product in my home and mentioned they want the name of the company I used. Great product, great service! Thank you!
