I ordered a crystal and lighted base. The time from when I ordered and how long it took to process the order and physically receive it was very reasonable. The product itself looked great. There were no flaws on the crystal and the picture I requested be designed inside was beautiful. It looked just like the color picture with the background removed and was etched/engraved in there just as we thought it would be. The boxing was beautiful it was boxed so it would not be damaged in shipping and there is no need to do additionally wrapping. I couldn't have been happier, thank you so much and I know I will be using Goodcount in the future again.

I am well satisfied with my crystal. I had a picture of my daugher's cat engraved into it and it was just wonderful. The box it came in was just fine. The price was also good. I have told and showed the pictures of it to all of my friends, and hopefully someday I will use your company again. I would recommend it to anyone.
