I cannot begin to describe the delight I felt when I opened our crystals from you, except to tell you that it literally moved me to tears to see the beautiful job that Goodcount did. I'm beginning to believe that Sarah (whose image is on that crystal) may have guided us through the entire process, not to glorify herself, but to remind us that she is definitely watching over us. We purchased a hundred of the octagonal walnut pen holders (laser engraved) for the Great Western Rocky Mountain Brass Band Festival. The product arrived when promised. I've inspected random units, and they appear to be of very good quality; as I mentioned previously, I was quite impressed with the samples. Also, I thought the price was very reasonable.
